Sales Executive SCALAR

Your Profile as Sales Executive SCALAR: Proven track record in selling solutions with preferred 10 years of work experience. Experience in SaaS Solutions and/or the transport/logistics sector is not required but is a clear advantage. Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and open-minded, with the ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic product and market environment. Fluent in French and English. Dutch/Flemish would be an asset. Open to working independently from home and traveling within the assigned sales territory (traveling requirement: up to 75% or 3-4 days a week.).

What you can look forward to as Sales Executive SCALAR:

Prospecting: Identify and research potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking, to generate a high-quality lead pipeline. Manage assigned Marketing Qualified Leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
Discovery: Conduct effective in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within the prospect or customer organization.
Opportunity Management: Deliver compelling presentations and demos of our solution, emphasizing benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead to close, including effective negotiations to secure profitable agreements.
Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the pipeline to ensure target achievement. Maintain up-to-date records within our CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong customer relationships to identify up- and cross-selling opportunities.
Feedback: Share field insights for product improvement and marketing campaigns.
